Terms & Conditions
Check in is anytime from 2pm and Check out by 10am. We do our best to offer you early check-ins or late checkouts when possible, talk to us.
After 10am you're welcome to store luggage with us in the alcove near rooms 1 & 2 (near entrance) - but please be aware that we are not always around the property and cannot take responsibility for left luggage.
Free WIFI is available in all rooms and the garden. You'll be sent a code on the morning of your arrival.
Pure Linens. We supply pure french linens and fresh towels. Bookings for extended periods (5 nights or more) will have their rooms refreshed. Please ask staff when you require your linen changed. Of course we are happy to refresh things for everyone if you let us know.
We are a Non Smoking house but smoking is permitted on the front terrace if it doesn't bother anyone else :)
No Wheelchair Access sorry, as the house is terraced.
Not suited to children under 8 years of age.
Payment Policy
We take a 50% deposit upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified more than 5 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations 5 days or less than arrival day will be charged the full amount, so please keep us up to speed with changing plans - we do our best to help everyone out.
Cancellations/changes must be made and confirmed by Bondi Beach House.
