Due to COVID-19, check in and check out times will need to be met in order to adequately clean the Lodge between guests.
Check-in time is from 4 pm until 11 pm. Room check-out time is by 10.00 am and Lodge check-out time is by 1.00 pm. Variations are at the Managers discretion only.

COVID-19 rules restrict density in shared spaces. Guests must observe these limits, wear a mask if required and if 1.5m physical separation cannot be maintained, follow hygiene rules, check in to the Lodge using the displayed QR code, and follow Manager directions for the health and well being of all guests.

You MUST bring your own bed linen (bottom sheet and pillow case and topsheet or doona cover) and towel or you can hire. Sleeping Bags are NOT allowed.

Online bookings are subject to ratification by our Booking Officer, especially due to COVID-19 as the Brush Ski Club may need to make changes, up to the point of check-in to the lodge, in line with prevailing government guidelines. Please provide details for all members of your group.

COVID-19 rules currently restrict room flexibility and density. Additional guests per room up to the allowed maximum incur an additional charge over the included occupancy rate per room.

For Summer:
For summer bookings, a minimum of 7-days advance and multi room booking is required. Please contact us either by email (bookings@brushskiclub.com.au) or phone (1800 653 749) if wishing to stay sooner or to arrange group bookings (special rates available). Please note that whilst most lodge facilities are also available in summer, the spa is subject to a $100 fee (per day, per booking) if available. Guests will need to provide for their own breakfasts and perishable provisions and there is an additional cleaning service fee for lodge cleaning (unless separately pre-arranged).

Full payment is required to secure a booking. For on-line bookings made with a credit card, a payment receipt will be separately emailed from our payment gateway - please contact us if not received within 24 hrs.

For other payments, please use the secure payment link on our website at http://www.brushskiclub.com.au/ (select 'Make a Secure Payment' under our Bookings menu and enter the information required).

Direct bank transfers can be made on request to the Booking Officer.

Politique d'annulation

BOOKING CHANGES
For 2021 any Brush bookings for Summer or Winter seasons will be able to be cancelled (by you or by the Brush Ski Club) and fully refunded less any payment gateway charge (up to 2%) if you are unable to attend because of a COVID-19 illness or due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The normal booking change policy, as follows, applies for all non-COVID-19 related changes.

For bookings cancelled with more than 21 days notice, a refund will be given, less a cancellation fee of 10% and less any payment gateway charge (up to 2%).
After this deadline, if the booking officer can resell the booking, a refund will be given less 10% and less any payment gateway charge (up to 2%), otherwise if the booking officer is unable to resell the booking, no refunds can be given.
Any changes to dates booked will also incur a 10% fee and any additional payment gateway charge (up to 2%).

Cancellation fees due to a non-COVID-19 medical or other emergencies may be waived by consideration by the club's committee. Please allow three weeks for processing of any refunds.
