Some apartments are at 22 Marine Terrace and close to shops, café’s, bars, cinema and restaurants, whilst others are just on the outskirts of the CBD and just a couple of minutes’ drive or short walk away.

** PLEASE NOTE – The bathroom in this property is quite OK. It is perfectly clean but not up to our usual standard and is awaiting renovation. This is why the selling rate is discounted. ***

Rates are per night for 1 or 2 share, each extra adult is charged $30 per night; Children are $15 per night.

Credit card details are required to secure a reservation. Your card will not be charged until the day of arrival. The transaction will take place manually at our office, which is not located on site. Cash payments are not accepted. A tax invoice can be emailed or posted upon request.

Cancellation Policy
100% of the 1st night’s tariff will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before 2pm on expected day of arrival.
