Self contained accommodation in various locations in and around the Burnie central business district. Some apartments are at 22 Marine Terrace and close to shops, café’s, bars, cinema and restaurants, whilst others are just on the outskirts of the CBD and just a couple of minutes’ drive or short walk away.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Properties are unattended and there is no on site reception. We will send you an access code for your apartment via text message on the morning of your expected arrival.

Apartment No. 5: Located at 5 Hale Street, just out of the CBD and in the commercial centre of Burnie.
This property is a character, mid century town house with a ‘Hamptons’ type of look and feel interior.
All living areas and bathroom are on the ground floor, with queen bedroom and a twin bedroom located on the second level.

** PLEASE NOTE – The bathroom in this property is quite OK. It is perfectly clean but not up to our usual standard and is awaiting renovation. This is why the selling rate is discounted. ***

Rates are per night for 1 or 2 share, each extra adult is charged $30 per night; Children are $15 per night.

Payment Policy

** Once payment is received this becomes a TAX INVOICE **

Credit card details are required to secure a reservation. Your card will not be charged until the day of arrival. The transaction will take place manually at our office, which is not located on site. Cash payments are not accepted. A tax invoice can be emailed or posted upon request.

Cancellation Policy

100% of the 1st night’s tariff will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before 2pm on expected day of arrival. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice do not attract a cancellation fee. *****Guests who have booked at a discounted rate with a minimum 7 night stay are required to give 7 day notice of cancellation*******
