*Reception hours are from 7.30 am until 6 pm Monday to Sunday. Check-in is available from 2pm - 6 pm.
ARRIVAL AFTER 6PM is by prior arrangement only. Please call us on the day of arrival for instructions to room & keys.
*Please provide your address & contact number.
*Check-out is prior to 10 am. We are unable to offer a late check-out, however guests are welcome to use the pool and lounge area if they have a later
departure.
*PLEASE NOTE - only one car per cabin. Extra cars must be left on the street.
*Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
*No pets are allowed. Assistance dogs are welcome.
*We are unable to offer parking for trailers, boats and caravans.
* No camping is allowed on the property.
*All guests must respect other guests in regards to language and excessive noise. We have a strict no party policy.
*Guests will be held responsible for any damage to Cabins and surrounding vegetation.
*All Cabins are non smoking, although smoking is permitted in outdoor areas of the park.
*WiFi is free. Depending on the service, the signal may be weak at times.

*BOND- $100 credit card pre-authorisation is required. NO CASH BONDS accepted.
* Due to the Covid 19 distancing polices, we prefer payment is made at the time of booking but policies are in place allowing payments at Reception.
Please note - Residents of the area must provide a valid credit card or booking will not be accepted.

Norme di cancellazione

Guests may cancel free of charge before 8am, 1 day prior to the arrival date of their booking.
Guests will be charged the cost of the first night if cancelled within the 1 day before arrival.
In the event of a no show the guest will be charged the first night of booking.
