A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is payable on booking with the balance due on arrival.
All mini bar items consumed during your stay will also be charged to your nominated credit card.
We prefer to welcome you, so kindly indicate your expected arrival time. If this changes please contact us.
The owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle. You must lock your vehicle at all times as well as all doors and windows when away from your room.
Please Note:
Byron Cove Beach House is an adults retreat, no children under the age of 16 are allowed on-site.
No animals are permitted on the property or in guest rooms.
Check in: 2 pm AEST.
Check Out: 11 am AEST.
Maximum of two adults per room *sofa beds can be placed for additional cost of $50.00 per night.
Cooking is not permitted in rooms.
The rooms are non smoking.

A deposit of 10% of the total tariff is payable on booking, with 50% of the balance due one month prior to arrival. Remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival.

If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions, deposits are fully refundable. Proof of inability to travel due to Covid-19 based restrictions must be supplied to activate the full refund.
If cancelling for other reasons, deposits are non-refundable.
