Cable Bay Views Rental Terms and Conditions

1. The studios, lodge, house or bath house will be presented in a clean and tidy condition, and is to be left clean and tidy upon checkout. We ask that guests leave all utensils and kitchen equipment clean and put rubbish out into the rubbish bins provided prior to departure. Housekeeping will complete a standard clean once you have checked out however any additional cleaning required for exceptional issues or extra rubbish removal costs, will be charged to the credit card provided on the booking form.
2. Guests must ensure that the number of persons occupying the accommodation under NO circumstances exceeds the numbers stipulated at the time of booking. Failure to abide by this could result your accommodation agreement being terminated with no refund for any outstanding nights booked.
3. Any breakages or damage during the rental period will be your sole responsibility, and should damage or breakage occur, or any items go missing, or repairs need to be carried out, then you will be fully responsible for the total cost of replacement or restoration to the original condition. This will be charged to the credit card held on file that was provided at the time of booking. Please let the owners know if any issue has occurred prior to departure so we can resolve the matter quickly.
4. The arrival and departure times are to be strictly adhered to unless agreed to by prior arrangement.
5. Parties/gatherings/weddings or functions are not permitted on the property unless prior approval has given. No more than 4 visitors per Vineyard Studio and 6 visitors per Cable Bay House Lodge & Cable Bay House are permitted at any one time.
6. No Smoking is allowed in any of the rooms or on balcony's. A breach of this will result in a cleaning fee of $500 being applied.
7. No candles or open flames allowed in any of the rooms or on balcony's.
8. There is no refund for early departure.
9. If you are using the bath house, cleaning products are supplied and the bath house is to be left clean and tidy for the next guests to use.
10. Note: Cable Bay House guests will be charged a bond of $1000 per visit along with the rate. This is refunded immediately on departure once standard checks are complete.

By accepting this Agreement you hereby acknowledge and authorise Cable Bay Views to charge for such payments under this Agreement.

Payment is to be received in full at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
1. Should events arise beyond the control of Cable Bay Views regarding the availability of this property, then any confirmed booking may be cancelled by Cable Bay Views, in which event all monies paid as deposit shall be refunded in full, and the guest shall have no further claims against Cable Bay Views or its Directors.

2. Bookings cancelled at and within FOURTEEN (14) days of your stay will forfeit the full tariff.

3. There is no refund for early departure.
