At least 30% of the total cost as reservation deposit is required for confirming this booking. Upon checking in, the balance payment shall be made in full. Before confirmation with deposit, the availability remains bookable by the public. Please make payment by: Cash at reception OR Paynow (UEN. 201817921M ) OR Bank Transfer (Bank: Maybank Singapore Limited; Account Name: CAMPBELL HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD.; Account Number: 04211106203; SWIFT Code: MBBESGS2).
Should Card information being provided during the booking on our website, the card will be pre-authorised for confirming booking.
Booking is non refundable, date is non changeable. Renewal is subject to availability.
Other notes: Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 11 am. A valid passport/Work Pass is required at check-in for all guests. Late checkout is not allowed. For check-out that are not on time, we reserve the right to impose a penalty charge and remove all personal items of the guest who does not show up on time.
Early/late check-in is subject to availability. All special requests are subject to hostel availability and are not guaranteed.
