DAY SPA
Our day spa is very popular, so to avoid disappointment, please book your day spa treatments as far in advance as possible.

NB: Please ensure that you have selected the correct CIRCA Hotel property. CIRCA 1928 in Albury or CIRCA 1936 in Corowa. Should you have inadvertently selected the incorrect property please notify us immediately so that we can change the booking or allow a no penalty cancellation.

CIRCA Hotels are all Non Smoking properties.

Maximum of 2 adults only per Suite and twin bedding is not available. Roll away beds are not available.

Pets of any description other than Assist Dogs are prohibited.

Electric Vehicle fast charging (7kW) is available to hotel guests at CIRCA 1928 in Albury on a complimentary basis. Only ONE fast charger is available to guests so they should specifically request to use this facility when making room bookings. Guests should also provide their own charging lead to connect to the output point.

Children Policy
There is no extra charge for ONE small child under the age of 5 years, when sharing a room with their parents in the existing bedding of one super king size bed.
The Hart Suite in Albury has a day bed suitable for a CHILD less than 15 years of age, which we can prepare for sleeping at evening turn down, at a charge of $25 per day. This extra charge entitles the extra child to breakfast each day but excludes additional entitlements such as extra in suite bar items.
We ask for that your children also respect the tranquility of the hotel and privacy of other guests.
Portable bedding in Suites is only allowed in the case of bedding for an infant (less than 2 years of age), but prior permission must be sought.
Children under the age of 13 cannot operate the elevator.

Damage
Any damage caused to the property will be charged for, including odors caused by smoking in Suites.

Guests of Guests
No persons other than those originally booked may access the guest suites at any time unless with the specific approval of the Manager.

Payment Policy

• Hotel retains the right to transact full PAYMENT on day of arrival should the booking not have been cancelled in accordance with cancellation policy.

GST inclusive in all rates. One nights accommodation is payable to confirm booking. The credit card supplied at booking may or may not be charged immediately, but by accepting this confirmation, CIRCA Hotels are entitled to charge the agreed deposit at any time prior to arrival.

• Bookings for Peak periods: Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive: Christmas Eve until January 11th: All NSW and Victorian School Holidays and Public Holidays on the night before and night of must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking value.
• Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival or a non-arrival of guests, will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the booking.
• Discounted rates or special package offers are NON REFUNDABLE in part or in full.
• Consideration may be given for flexibility of this policy due to exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
