About Our Motel
Grafton is situated on the beautiful Clarence River in Northern NSW and is famous for its Grafton July Racing Carnival, Bridge to Bridge Ski race and Jacaranda festival. The Civic Motel Grafton is a family owned and operated 3.5 star rated Motel centrally located in the heart of Grafton. Situated in Pound Street adorned with the famous Jacaranda Trees. We are located in the centre of the city, away from the noise of the Highway, yet not high priced. Foxtel cable is provided at no extra cost, as are use of the pool and BBQ area. All rooms have double glazed windows to ensure peace and quiet. Microwave, utensils, toasters, irons and ironing boards are in all rooms. We have 10 well accommodated rooms types available which are modern and spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds. We aren't happy unless you're happy.

Please note – Due to limited parking bays, parking is first in, there can only be ONE vehicle parked onsite per room. All rooms are NON SMOKING, we have a designated smoking area downstairs near the BBQ area.
I agree to pay all accommodation costs, and any other services provided by the Civic Motel, I also agree to pay for any damage, breakage, or any items missing from the room on check out.
Please make sure all air cons, heating, TV and lights are turned off when leaving your motel room, I accept management can enter any occupied or unoccupied room and turn off any electrical appliance if left on.
I accept $100 cleaning fee will be debited to my credit card if smoking occurs in my room during my stay, if the room is left in a bad state of cleanliness I understand that a cleaning fee will be charged.
Non-return of a room key will incur a $25 fee.
