Check-in time: 2 p.m.

Check-out time: 10 a.m.

A valid credit card is required upon check-in.

Early check-in / late check-out is $10 per hour subject availability.

Late check-in: your room will be unlocked and you will find your room number on the reception door. The rate of the first night will be taken from the credit card provided.

Early check-out: please leave your key in the box outside of the reception.

We have 2 baby cots in total and they are given on a first come, first served basis.

Please be noted special request is based on availability and rooms can be adjusted on a first come, first served basis. Your understanding will be much appreciated.

There are shuttles waiting outside of Christchurch International Arrival gate, the cost is about $25 for the first passenger and $5 for extra passenger.

We can arrange the shuttle from our motel to the airport if needed, the cost is the same.

Payment Policy

Payment will be taken after confirmation for non-refundable rate.

We accept Amex, JCB, Visa and Master credit card.

Cancellation Policy

For standard rate, we will pre-authuriza the first night rate within 48 hours of your arrival and bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will have the first nights accommodation charged to their credit card.
Fail to arrive, the first night's rate will be charged to the credit card.
When booking of 4 rooms or more, 30% of total rate deposit(non-refundable) is to be received 8 weeks before arrival and the balance(non-refundable) to be cleared 6 weeks prior to check-in.
