Covid 19 Terms and Conditions:
It is important that we provide our guests, staff, and visitors, with a
safe environment to enjoy our bed and breakfast.

A condition of stay at our bed and breakfast is
- you agree to provide, written or electronic evidence of your Covid-19 vaccination certificate to Corbett House Bed and Breakfast and Wedding Venue on arrival. You are to show this evidence by means of your Covid pass, as a condition of entry to our Bed and Breakfast- As part of our health and safety measures we require all Guests to be fully vaccinated ( two jabs). New Zealanders can show a vaccine pass on their app or a paper We are able to verify this. You are in good health on arrival. If you are unwell on the arrival day, please ring us and we will negotiate a refund or change of date. You will not be permitted to stay on the premises if you are showing signs of illness.

Variations to conditions of entry:
- Evidence of a Covid-19 vaccination received other than in NZ will be accepted if the evidence is standard in the relevant country, and has been accepted by the Ministry of Health.

Corbett House Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to restate its position as we learn and understand more about how NZ manages the fight against Covid-19 in our community.

This policy is effective from December 3 2021 when the country is in the Traffic Light system.We expect all guests to make themselves aware of our terms and conditions as a condition of entry to our property and that they will abide by said terms and conditions.
.We are a Fully vaccinated establishment and we have implemented these measure to protect the health and safety of ourselves as well as any guests who are sharing our home.
Our establishment will not provide accommodation to people who wish to use it for self isolation upon returning to New Zealand or for anyone coming into New Zealand from overseas, for the purposes of self isolation. We will ask for documentation to prove this.

Deposit:
50% deposit is required to secure your booking and payable prior to arrival.
No refund of deposit if booking is cancelled less than one week before your stay, unless this is directly related to a Covid event.

Rates:
All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15%. All accounts must be settled directly with Corbett House Bed & Breakfast in New Zealand Dollars. Reservation via the phone will require full customer and credit card details. Payment will be taken in full at the time of arrival via an approved method of payment (Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Eftpos).

Arrival and Departure Times:
Check in time is from 3pm. Check out time is by 11am.
Subject to the motel status on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check with reception should you require this facility. There may be a charge applied for a late check out.

Late Check-in:
All Guests are required to check in by 7pm. If you are unable to check in by 7pm, please phone us on +64 07 8624753 to arrange your arrival. Guests that do not contact us will be charged a late check-in fee of $50.00.

Children cannot be accommodated.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Guests must book at least two days in advance of booking.

Payment Policy
