Deposits:
When you make a booking with Derwent Bridge Chalets & Studios you will be required to secure the booking with a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable on arrival.
How to pay your deposit:
• Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa or Amex): You can book and pay via our secure, on-line reservations system or alternatively email, phone, or fax your details.
• Money Orders should be made payable to Derwent Bridge Chalets & Studios and posted to Locked PB4444, New Norfolk TAS 7140.
• Direct Deposits: Please contact us for bank account details.
• Once your deposit has been received, we will send a confirmation email.

Norme di cancellazione

Cancellations:
• Deposits (less an $AU25 administration fee) will be refunded if 10 days notice of cancellation is given prior to the arrival date.
• 21 days notice is required to be given prior to the arrival date for the period 1 December – 31 March.
• Non-arrivals will forfeit any monies paid and remaining nights may be re-sold.
• All cancellations should be in writing.
Refunds:
Deposits (less $AU25 administration fee) will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days from the first night of the booking. (21 days, 1 December – 31 March.)
General:
• An additional cleaning fee up to $50 may be charged where accommodation is left in an excessively dirty state, or where guests choose not to wash, clean or dry their used dishes prior to departure. Wilful damage will be charged.
• Check-in: From 3pm
• Checkout: By 10am

• We do not have check-ins or checkouts on Christmas Day.

• Derwent Bridge Chalets & Studios is a non-smoking property and as such smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

• We reserve the right to debit any charges incurred for the non letting of the accommodation, together with any cleaning costs required to correct the problem.

• The property has a no pet policy.
