The Terms and Conditions at Dunsborough Beach Lodge have been set out to ensure safety and enjoyment during your stay. Should a resident breach these Terms and Conditions or disrespect any other residents, Lodge employees or facilities, we retain the right to terminate the agreement and evict residents immediately and without a refund.

1) Check-in from 2pm - 10pm and Check-out by 10am. These times are negotiable through prior arrangement with staff only.
2) Accommodation must be paid for in advance.
3) Pets are not permitted on the premises at any time.
4) Food must be kept in the kitchen in boxes marked with your name and room number.
5) Lodge staff may carry out a room inspection at any time.
6) Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am (Sun-Thurs) and 12pm and 7am (Fri-Sat) to be considerate of other guests and our neighbours. The lodge balcony is off limits to all residents during this time.
7) No visitors allowed after 8pm or before 9am unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
8) Lodge staff retain the right to refuse entry to any persons that are under the influence of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol.
9) Smoking is not permitted inside the Lodge.
10) Candles, incense and fireworks are not permitted in or around the Lodge premises.
11) You are responsible for your own belongings during your stay at the Lodge. Management can accept no responsibility for the loss or theft of any items.
12) You are required to return keys to reception upon check-out. A $20 fee will apply for lost keys.

Dunsborough Beach Lodge is located in a small town. This is a perfect place to meet new people and enjoy the fantastic local area. Lodge residents are required to be considerate of our neighbours at all times in order to maintain good relationships with the community.

Conditions de paiement

For large groups a 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking - balance to be paid on arrival.

All other direct bookings can be paid on arrival.

Politique d'annulation

For large groups 72 hours notice must be given for cancellations prior to check-in date. Failure to do so will result in deposit not being refunded.

For all other booking 24 hours notice for cancellations is required.
