Owners, Kristin & Stuart offer a warm welcome to their spacious independent upstairs one x bedroom studio (2 x adult person maximum), 1 x self-contained fully plumbed campervan or motor home park-over two persons maximum occupancy, power included, 7 metre maximum, - no caravans, free wifi, heated swimming pool (hours 8 am - 8 pm) weather dependant, heating levels vary during the winter, off street parking, property secured by security gate and fencing, and located within metres of Rotorua Central Mall, cafes, & spas & thermal wonders, with adventure activities close by. Overlooking our heated swimming pool our spacious self catering West Wing studio suite features a king sized bed, single bed, 50 inch LCD TV/DVD, NETFLIX, ensuite bathroom, hair dryer, toiletries, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking hob top, toaster, tea making., ceiling fans, geothermal central heating, TWO adult person maximum occupation.
