Elephant Watch Hut
Just Go with the flow. It's run by local people, this is its strength and if you are inclined towards criticism it's weakness. Around 15 percent basic English is spoken here. Sometimes you may be woken up in the night around 4 am by an elephant strolling at the foot of the watch hut tree. Elephant Watch Hut, ideally placed to visit the nearby Dambulla, Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa & amidst of all National Parks . Listening to the sounds of the forest, spotting elephants at night and eating the great home cooking prepared by Namali, Priyantha's wife or 2 other local families. A great way to get introduced to the tasteful authentic Sri Lankan kitchen! Our team clearly has invested in the local environment and knowledgeable about the local area and its wildlife. If they suggest something - go with it. If they say don't go to xxx - listen to them !

Conditions générales
The hotel (hereinafter, “Elephant Watch Hut”) lets out the agreed watch Hut plus agreed facilities to the guest for the agreed period of the stay.
These General Terms of Business and General Reservation Conditions shall apply to watch hut accommodation agreements for letting out watch huts as well as to all other services and supplies provided by the us to the Guests.
The Guest shall vacate the watch hut undamaged by no later than 12 noon on the departure date.
But on availability can be extended up to 2 Hours.
Normal Check in time is from 13:00 onward. On Availability the guest can check in any time.
The Guest is only entitled to use of a watch hut in the room category booked by him/her.
Only those persons identified in the reservation shall be entitled to use the Hotel Room.
Elephant Watch Hut does not take any whatsoever responsibility for any injury or death caused to our guests by wild animals, road accidents, being a passenger during the jeep safaris inside or outside the parks, inside or outside of Elephant Watch Hut & also during any of the activities offered by Elephant Watch Hut during there stay.
However in case of emergency or any other situation we will do our utmost maximum for all our guests within our resources .
Conditions de paiement
The full amount of the overnight charges shall be paid online for all the online reservations & for all the local travel agents to the bank account . Only on receiving the payment your reservations for the Watch Huts on your requested dates will be confirmed 100 percent . For bank details kindly refer to your Invoice sent together with confirmed reservation details.

Cancellation Policy is 100 Percent Non Refundable Policy .
Pls note that in case after your arrival in Sri Lanka if you have to change your itinerary or plans we will be more than happy to make a new reservation for another date on availability without any extra costs if any watch huts are available for your new requested days.
