The 12m inground pool, set in amongst the shade of trees, is one of the largest resort pools in the Bay - plenty of room and shade for guests to cool off and unwind.

* Payment for accommodation booked via our secure online facility will be paid in full at time of booking.

***A security deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Credit Card charges will appear as "Shen Family Trust" on your statement.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation made outside of cancellation period below will incur of 1 nights accommodation:
7 days for peak seasons: Christmas, New Year, Easter,
72 hours for regular seasons (outside of peak seasons)
Cancellations of any tour portions of packages made within 72 hrs will result in loss of tour portion of package, unless a separate package confirmation has been sent with a specific cancellation policy which will then supersede this.
