Conditions générales

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Rates are per night per villa (double occupancy) including breakfast and airport transfers.
• All rates are quoted in NZ$. Include VAT 15%. Rates are subject to change.
• Maximum 3 persons per villa.
• Extra person: NZ$100.00 per night.
• Children over the age of 16 years are welcome.
• All villas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside.
• Cancellation and no show fees apply.
• 3% booking fee applies for all bookings until 31st March 2020.
• Payment by bank transfer possible to our Bank South Pacific in the Cook Islands. Please email us for more details.

CHECK IN 12:00 midday
If you arrive prior to 10:00 am, please enjoy breakfast while your villa is being prepared.
• Early Check In provides the luxury to stay in your villa as soon as you arrive at Etu Moana. NZ$275 per villa.

CHECK OUT 10:00 am
If you are on a late flight, we can offer you the following options and recommend to book these options prior to arrival to avoid disappointment as these options are subject to availability.
• Late Check Out provides the luxury to stay in your villa until 6:30 pm, the latest airport transfer time from the Resort. NZ$ 275 per villa.
• Day Pass. Please check out by 10:00am. The day pass includes storage of your luggage, access to your locker and a shower, beach towels, bath towels and free use of the resort facilities. NZ$25 per person.

Conditions de paiement

Please note that we charge a 3% booking fee on the initial credit card transaction. If not otherwise stated, a 30% deposit of the total booking is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid upon check out at the latest. Specials such as Advance Purchase Special and other Specials that require full payment at time of booking will incur a 3% booking fee on the total amount.

We accept Visa, Master Card.

Alternatively payment can be made by telegraphic transfer to Etu Moana BSP Bank Account in Rarotonga (NZ$25 bank fee) or in New Zealand (NZ$15 bank fee from NZ bank accounts only). We will be happy to provide you with our bank details via email.

Politique d'annulation

The below cancellation and non arrival policy applies to all bookings made at Etu Moana excluding Advanced purchase special and any other specials booked that require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be in writing, received & confirmed by Etu Moana.
Any nights that we are able to re-sell will be deducted from the cancellation fee.

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a full refund, but the booking fee (3%).
Cancellations received between 60 & 31 days prior to arrival will incur a 7% cancellation fee of the total accommodation charge.
Cancellations received between 30 & 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total accommodation charge.
Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival, no shows, or reductions to your stay while at Etu Moana, will incur the full cost (100%) of the total accommodation charge. This applies also for a later arrival or an earlier departure.
