Our hotel is centrally located in the heart of Sorsogon City making it convenient to walk to all major city landmarks and serve as your jumping point to all the tourist spots in Sorsogon Province. We are next to the newly opened City Mall opposite the City Park and a 10min-walk to Sorsogon Baywalk Rompeolas, 24-hr convenience stores, restaurants and markets. The Donsol Whale Shark Experience, Bulusan Volcano, Bacon Beach, Rizal Beach, Palogtoc Cold Springs, Hot Springs of Irosin, Paguiriran Island and Barcelona town are all around an hour’s driving distance.

Official Check-in Time is at 2:00pm; we can’t guarantee early check-in times but we are very happy to accommodate requests whenever possible.

We love children – all children 7 years and below stay for free, maximum 2 children per room.

Fernando’s Hotel’s on-site Swimming Pool is for the exclusive use of our hotel guests. Friends and Family of our guests who wish to enjoy this amenity will be charged PHP300 per person.

Swimming Pool operating hours are from 7am until 9 pm. Proper swimming attire must be worn. Swimming shorts/trunks for men. Bathing suit for ladies.

Please do not run around the pool area. Any accidents or mishaps is not the resort's responsibility. There is no lifeguard on duty by the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult guest at all times.

Fernando’s Hotel offers breakfast. lunch and dinner on-site plus, there are many dining options nearby. Cooking is not allowed inside the rooms.

Fernando’s Hotel has its own laundry service at a reasonable rate.

No pets or animals are allowed.

All rooms and common areas are NON-SMOKING. As per E.O. No. 26, violators can be fined PHP5,000. There are three designated smoking areas in our property: outside the main entrance, at the garden gazebo, and a smoking table by the pool area.

Fire arms, weapons, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The resort has the right to refuse admission to any incoming guests or even expel current guests causing disturbance/discomfort to the hotel, staff, or other guests.

Confirmed bookings arriving earlier than check in time are welcome to lounge around the hotel and use our facilities while waiting for check in. After check-out, you are still very much welcome to stay at our common areas while waiting for your departure.

By finalizing the reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions stated by the hotel and/or its representative.

Payment Policy

All ‘Pay at Property’ Invoices shall be settled at Fernando’s Hotel Front Desk by CASH (Philippine Peso), Bancnet Debit Cards or Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Unionpay)

Extra Mattress/Bed is chargeable by PHP300.

We LOVE children, and each room may accommodate two (2) children under the age of 8 years for FREE.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made less than 24 hours before reserved date shall be subject to 100% penalty or as stated in OTA agreement.
