Strictly no smoking inside the apartments. A $250 penalty applies.

Strictly a no party property.

Strictly no pets. We can assist with finding contacts for pet carers if required.

No private or commercial business can be carried out at the property.

Any guests not staying at the property are asked to vacate by 9pm. As an alternative there is a lovely covered picnic area on the beach across the road with public bathroom facilities that guests may like to use.

The property is to be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state in order to avoid incurring an excess cleaning fee of $50. This includes the BBQ and communal areas.

We request that you report any damage, breakage or maintenance issues immediately so that we can promptly rectify the situation. For items that require replacing we will email an invoice prior to charging your credit card.

All children are to be supervised by a parent or adult while using any of our complimentary recreational gear. Strictly no playing in the driveway.

Management reserves the right to deny entry or evict any unruly or disruptive guests. There will be no refunds given in these instances.

These Terms and Conditions are in place to ensure that all of our guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay. We trust everyone to be considerate of all other guests especially children holidaying at Five3Five.

For direct website bookings: Full payment upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

For direct website bookings:
Before 30 days full refund (not applicable during peak holidays including sports and special events or school holiday dates).
Before 2 weeks, 1 night penalty. (not applicable during peak holidays and school holiday dates).
Within 2 weeks, non refundable (not applicable during peak holidays and school holiday dates).
Please note: There is no cancellation and no refund for peak holiday, special events or sports events and school holiday dates.
