LOCATION:
Gold Coast Homes – Paradise Island is only about a 10 minute walk from the Surfers Paradise beach and city centre.
Pacific Fair Shopping Mall, Broadbeach is only a 10 minute drive from Paradise Island and Gold Coast airport is about a 30 minute drive from Surfers Paradise.
BOND PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL:
$1,000 Credit Card bond payment required on arrival, returned within 7 business days from departure subject to satisfactory Villa inspection.
HOUSE RULES & OTHER INFORMATION:
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
Gold Coast Private Homes (GCPH) do not offer luggage storage, however we may offer a complimentary early check-in or complimentary late check-out subject to availability.
GCPH do not provide any housekeeping services however should you require housekeeping services during your stay, please contact GCPH to arrange a quotation as additional charges apply.
Within 24 hours of booking your apartment you will receive a subsequent email with detailed instructions about our check-in procedure.
Guests agree:
1. That there is no noise to be made outside the property after 10PM and before 8AM.
2. If there is noise during 10PM-8AM a security company will be called out and the guests will be liable for all the costs involved in the call out.
3. If the security company is called out a second time, to the property, the guest will be evicted without refund and will be liable for the costs of security company
4. If the guests refuse to leave, both the security company and local authorities will be called to forcibly remove the guests.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect the homes however the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the apartments should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare apartments for next guests.
Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
