Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
All advertised room rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons) and are inclusive of breakfast and taxes, unless stated otherwise. Any additional guests, who are not pre-booked, are charged at PHP700 per person per night, inclusive of breakfast and taxes, subject to the accommodation capacity of the room. All guests must be 16 years of age or older. We are unable to change the bed configuration or increase the number of beds in rooms. All rooms are non-smoking.
Standard check-in time is from 2:00pm (14:00). For the comfort of our in-house guests, we ask that you do not arrive before 12 noon on the day of your check-in. The front desk closes at 9:00pm (21:00). Guests arriving after this time will be shown to their room by security.
At check-in guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID and provide a cash security deposit for each room (PHP2,000 or equivalent). This is refundable at check-out.
Granada Beach Resort strictly prohibits the consumption of food and drink purchased outside the resort. Guests must refrain from bringing their own food and drink into the resort.
Guest’s drivers are not permitted to stay overnight in their vehicles at the resort.
Granada Beach Resort accepts no liability or responsibility for guest’s property that is damaged, lost or stolen during their stay. All rooms include a safety deposit box for guests to secure their personal items.
Guests are responsible for confirming their Philippines entry requirements. Refunds will not be given because of denied entry into the Philippines. We strongly encourage all guests to be in possession of a valid travel insurance policy.
All room rates are subject to change. A reservation with Granada Beach Resort constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To confirm a reservation, all payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
Stornierungsbedingungen
All cancellations and modifications must be given in writing and be acknowledged as received by Granada Beach Resort.
Cancellations or modifications made 30 days or more before the arrival date will be given a 50% refund of the reservation.
Cancellations and modifications made 29 days or less before the arrival date are 100% non-refundable. No refund will be given in the event of a ‘no show’ or a guest choosing to shorten their stay.
