• For Check in after 7pm by prior arrangement only
• Room rates are NOT inclusive of breakfast
• Cancellation Policy - Prepayments are non-refundable. All prepayment will be forfeited as cancellation fee. Notifications must be notified by email of any cancellation of reservation. However, at the sole discretion of the owners, refunds may be given due to extenuating circumstances.
• Non smoking accommodation.
• Advance booking is advised.
• Room rates must be paid at time of booking.

- Check in time is 3.00pm, arrivals after 7pm by prior telephone/email arrangement only.
- Check out time10.00am. Late check out by prior arrangement and subject to availability, additional fees apply.
- Credit card details are held for security purposes in the event of damaged or misplaced items.

Norme di cancellazione

Cancellations or changes to bookings outside peak season for this room must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.

Peak season cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date.

- Christmas (26 December to 15 January)
