Exclusive use of the Kakariki Owner's Cottage offering the utmost in privacy and accommodation comfort. Canapés with Prosecco for self-service pre-dinner drink will be delivered each night delivered to cottage. Concierge assistance is available to facilitate you experiencing local cafes restaurants to dine out or deliver.
Gourmet continental breakfast is delivered to privacy of guest cottage for self-service.

CATERING
Please note that since Greenmantle is a luxury lodge licensed with various stringent compliance requirements, self-catering of food or alcohol in common areas beyond one’s suite is not permitted. We are licensed for the serving of alcohol.
(Please note the kitchen is not available for guest usage as it is certified under the regulations of the environmental health including hygiene and safety at a professional level.)
Cancellation Policy
ACCOMMODATION
Within 7 days 100% of total nett rate charged.
Within 7 - 30 days of arrival 50% of total nett rate charged.
Outside of 30 days of arrival there is no cancellation charge.
Refunds can be made only to the account or card from which the payment was received. There are no exceptions.
WEDDINGS
Deposits and progress payments are non-refundable. If your wedding is cancelled please note the non refundable deposit and payment schedule. We will endeavour to try and accommodate any changes in dates if we possibly can and have sufficient notice but if we can not there are no refunds.
PEAK FESTIVE
Minimum two night stay applies from 20 December 2018 - 05 January 2019.
*lodge will be closed 23rd December 2018 – 27th December.
Children Policy:
Greenmantle is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years, unless it is an exclusive booking.
