-RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER 4 P.M. ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR ACCEPTED, EVEN IF THIRD PARTY OTA'S, i.e. Booking.com, Expedia, etc say they are confirmed. We staff until 5 p.m.
-A two night minimum booking may be required for certain holidays and other peak periods.
-All rates double occupancy. Each additional person, including children, is $20. per night.
-Continental breakfast included.
-All units include coffee maker, refrigerator and hair dryers
-The entire estate may be leased for corporate retreats or workshops.
-Hawaii general excise tax is an additional 14.69%
-Full payment is required for one night bookings. No refund, credit or rescheduling will be offered if cancelled.
-Reservations two or more nights beyond 30 days prior to arrival require a 50% deposit.
-Reservation becomes non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations beyond 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 75% refund on the deposit.
-Multiple unit bookings may require additional deposit and change in our cancellation policy.
-Accepted payment: personal check, traveler's check or cash. Visa, MasterCard or American Express add 3%.
-For a one night booking we reserve the right to move guests to a unit of equal or greater value.
-All units are non-smoking.
-Check in between 2-4 p.m. Check out by 11 a.m.
-Rates subject to change.

Zahlungsbedingungen

Payment will be due in full for all single night reservations. For 2 or more nights, 50% will be due upon booking. The remaining balance, is placed on your card 30 days prior to your arrival for direct bookings. For reservations booked through online travel agencies (i.e. Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Booking.com), the remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival . All reservations are paid in full upon arrival.

Stornierungsbedingungen

Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival is non-refundable. For reservations with arrival between 15 December through 4 January, if cancelled, there will be no refund, credit or rescheduling offered of any kind. If three or more units are booked by a guest, payment will be due in full 60 days prior to arrival and no refund if cancelled.
Any reservation booked through an online travel agency (i.e. Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Booking.com) is subject to stricter cancellation policy.
