Check in times are between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. however we are happy to organise an earlier or later arrival time if pre-arranged.
Pets welcome at no extra cost - please tell us in advance if you are bringing your pet.

Credit Card details required at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed prior to your stay, full payment to be made on departure.
Acceptable means of payment:
EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and cash. Personal/Company cheques are only accepted if agreed to prior to your stay.
Corporate Bookings: Invoices will be e-mailed where required and payment should be made prior to the 20th of the following month.

Bookings cancelled less than 2 days prior to the arrival date incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Should you not arrive or cancel on the arrival day you will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
