Syarat & Ketentuan
*Guest(s) checking in must provide valid identification/passport for registration. For Australian citizens, a driver's license is an acceptable ID.
* A 500 AUD cash or card deposit is required upon check-in to cover any events in relating to damages, anti-social behaviour or late check-out.
*Check-in time after 13:00 hours. Check-out time latest at 10:00 hours.
*Management have the right to enter a room and remove and personal belongings if guest(s) do not check out on time.
*Smoking only available at allocated locations. False alarm will result in a $500 penalty fees.
*NO visitors are allowed in this premises at all time.
*Guest(s) are strictly NOT allowed to enter or stay in opposite gender's room at all time.
*NO cooking, cooked food, liquor drinks, TV & radio are allowed inside the room.
*Guest(s) engaging in anti-social behaviors will be handed to police and evicted from the hotel.
*Management reserves the right to evict any guest who does not follow any of the above with NO refund.
*Any personal belongings are the guest(s) responsibility and management will not be held liable for any losses during the stay here.

*The full amount for the reservation can be charged anytime upon making the reservation and will be charged from the credit/debit card provided for the booking.
*All reservations made are Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
*You must provide a credit/debit card authorization of $500.00 before check in.
*This authorization may be used to cover incidental items including late check out, bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
*The Pre-Authorization amount is set aside by the card issuer for a period of up to 10 days from the date of pre-authorisation and the pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. For more information on this practice please contact your card issuer.
*Once a pre-authorisation has been made; Hay Street Traveller’s Inn cannot release, remove or lower the authorized amount, until we process the final account on departure. This is a restriction imposed by the card issuer, and cannot be negotiated.
*Where a credit card is not available a minimum $500.00 cash deposit is required per reservation.
