4. Children under 6 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds and linen.
5. Children are older more than 6 years old will be charge 450 THB per night for 1 extra blanket, pilow, towel and breakfast.
6. Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. Smoking inside your room will occur a fine of 2,000 Baht
7. Key card is lost fined 300 THB.

Payment Policy
Payments for rooms and services must be settled upon check in by cash, VISA or Master Card.
Smoking inside guest rooms will incur a cleaning fee of 2,000 Baht
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 1 day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If the booking is canceled or modified later 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show without prior cancellation Hinoki Hotel charges a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 2 nights per room booked. Hinoki is strictly a non-smoking hotel.
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, different polices and additional supplements apply. Please contact the hotel
