4. Children under 6 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds and linen.
5. Children are older more than 6 years old will be charge 450 THB per night for 1 extra blanket, pilow, towel and breakfast.
6. Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. Smoking inside your room will occur a fine of 2,000 Baht
7. Key card is lost fined 300 THB.

Smoking inside guest rooms will incur a cleaning fee of 2,000 Baht

If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 1 day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If the booking is canceled or modified later 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show without prior cancellation Hinoki Hotel charges a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 2 nights per room booked. Hinoki is strictly a non-smoking hotel.
