If cancelled the deposit is non refundable
all non smoking rooms smoking in rooms incurs $500 fine
Reservations cancelled within 48hrs will be charged full amount and on event weekends its a 48hr cancellation or full amount will be charged
All bookings on event weekends will be charged 2 days before.
