BOOK NOW, PAY LATER. Credit Card information entered into The booking system of iRoHa Garden Hotel & Resort is to guarantee the booking only. No amount is charged into the card account unless the booking is canceled within the penalty period or in the event of a 'no-show'.

Rooms must be paid at the time of CHECK-IN for the full amount of your stay, cost of one-night reservation multiplied times of a number of nights.
In the case of extension, the Room fee must be paid when extended.
Credit card payment should be done by guests' own credit card only.
A valid ID or passport with Visa should be required when check-in.

For Best Available Rate, iRoHa Garden Hotel reservations cannot be changed or canceled after they are made in order to get a special, lower room rate. You agree to lodge by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for a hotel stay as specified on the reservation booking form. Credit card payment is required at the time of booking. You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes coming from the use of our online booking website for the entire stay booked.

Rooms must be paid at time of CHECK-IN for full amount of your stay, cost of one night reservation multiplied times of number of nights.

In case of extend stay, extra fee must be paid on the reservation date.

Norme di cancellazione

If cancellation happens 7 days before arrival date, no charge will be apply. If cancellation happens between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date, one night will be charged.

If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the arrival date or in case of No show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
Amendment requested less than 3 days before the arrival date will be free of charged.

Each guest or friend of guest must be registered. Please note that Cambodian law requests original passport or ID in order to check-in and access to the room .
