Kaiapoi on Williams Motel
Welcome to Kaiapoi's only motel complex on the main street. Six new (2006) luxury studio motel units. Only 10 minutes north of Christchurch Airport, 14km from Rangiora and 6km from Woodend. Units sleep 1-4 persons. 2-bedroom house (sleeps 1-6). Queen-size and single bed in room, extra single rollaway bed available. Kitchen facilities and en-suite. Fast free internet. Within walking distance to Kaiapoi restaurants, cafes and local amenities including 2 supermarkets. 5km to beaches, river and golf course. Central to Waimakariri Food & Wine Trail and activities on the Waimakariri River, fishing, jet boating and kayaking. Accessible unit and off-street parking.
Local attractions include rivers, beaches, walks, restaurants, golf course, Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre. On the entrance to North Canterbury and its many outdoor attractions. This means you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Kaiapoi, but know you’re not far from the many attractions throughout Christchurch and the Canterbury region. Just 20 minutes north from central Christchurch and 15 minutes from the Christchurch International Airport.

All fees to be paid on arrival unless prior arrangement has been made. Management reserves the right to authorise Credit Cards prior to arrival.
Group bookings for multiple units may incur a $50.00 per unit, non-refundable, deposit at time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from final cost on arrival.
Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of our other venues and neighbouring properties especially between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am and during arrival and departure or at any time throughout the occupancy.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside any motel buildings. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas to the rear of Studio units or in the house carport area. Use of illegal drugs is prohibited anywhere on the property. Ashtrays have been provided for the disposal of your cigarette butts. Do not dispose of cigarette butts or other rubbish in garden beds, lawns or on paved areas.
The registered guest will be responsible for any damage to the property during their stay and/or any extra charges incurred.

May not be combined with any other offers/discounts. Not available for group or corporate bookings.
All units are SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. Any breach of this policy will incur an extra night's accommodation charge.

For approved business accounts our terms are, 'Payment due 7 days following receipt of invoice', unless other arrangements have been made prior to acceptance of booking. Non-account guests must pay all fees on arrival.
Management reserves the right to authorise Credit Cards prior to arrival.

Refunds: in the event of cancellation, refund of prior payments by credit card will only be made to the original card.

For forward reservations, a deposit of the first night's accommodation or valid Credit Card details are required.
In the event that a reservation is cancelled the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation made more than 3 days before arrival = No cancellation fee..
Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival = $50.00 per unit, per night.
Cancellations on the first day of the booking will be treated as a 'no show'. and the first nights tariff will be charged. Group bookings for multiple units may incur a $50.00 per unit, non-refundable, deposit at time of booking. This will be deducted from final booking cost on arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: The cancellation fees will be charged to the Credit Card given or deducted from any deposit paid. These fees may be waived if the room/s are relet.
Refunds will only be made to the original card.
