Our accommodation, being located in a remote community and catering to a wide range of internal and external guests, does not follow the typical model and, in many areas, differs widely from the service being offered by standard accommodation providers.
All visitors are required to attend the Store and Service Station and collect keys prior to 4pm. Visitors must ensure that the keys returned prior to departure.
We ask that guests check out by 9am and that they ensure that the following applies before checkout:
1 All rubbish is disposed of and placed in the wheelie bin provided.
2 All dishes are washed and put away.
3 All spills are cleaned (fridge, stove, microwave, etc)
Please note that you will be financially liable for any costs that may be incurred due to excessive cleaning requirements on departure, loss of inventory any damage to property, etc. loss of keys, and the damage of any sprinkler due to careless driving will incurr a surcharge of $60
All rooms are non smoking, anyone caught smoking will be liable for any extra cleaning incurred and refused accommodation in the future.

Credit Card Detail are required at time of booking, if however you require to pay by purchase order or cash please let us know.

Cancellation Policy

24 hrs Cancellation notice is required otherwise full payment will be charged
