Extra cleaning charges may be incurred on your credit card for all non-standard cleaning items - such as but not limited to - the cleaning of dirty dishes, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, room degradation, smoking in room, wilful damage.
All prices, offers & deals may expire or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Photo Identification to the satisfaction of Management must be provided at check-in.
It is always advisable to keep room doors locked, as Management does not accept responsibility for a guest’s personal belongings.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, to request a guest to leave, or to claim for damages to the facilities.
No Smoking in the rooms or enclosed areas.
No illegal drugs to be taken or stored on the premises.
If you are found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No exceptions. No warnings will be given, and no refunds will be given.

Covid-19
Terms and Conditions
Where a Government (Federal and State) requires that a person must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or imposes a restriction or requirement of any nature to be able enter Western Australia, the person must comply with the requirement.
Our number 1 priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our Staff and Guests.
Kimberley Croc Motel will not accept a booking from any person that has not complied or will not commit to such requirement. Where a person makes a booking and is unable to meet the requirement, the person will not be allowed to enter the premises.
All guests are encouraged to review the requirements and restrictions at least 1 week prior to entering Western Australia and the Kimberley
If a guest cancels a booking due to Covid-19, please refer to our Covid-19 cancellation policy.

Covid-19
Cancellation Policy
All guests shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to our premises.
Where the guest/s does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement
(a) prior to departure from the guest’s home location, the guest will forfeit any and all monies paid; or
(b) the guest will not be granted entry to our premises and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

Where the guest cancels due to Covid-19 travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the guest will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the Kimberley Croc Motel. The Kimberley Croc Motel reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the guest.
Unless the guest has been directed by the WA Police to quarantine in which they must adhere to all Federal and State Government rules and regulations as well as the Kimberley Croc Motels’ rules and regulations.

Política de cancelación

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to 10am on the day of your booking. If you fail to provide 48 hours’ notice prior to cancellation, you will be charged for the first night of accommodation you had originally booked. By confirming your reservation at Kimberley Croc Motel with credit card details, you agree to the above terms of the booking.
The acceptance of changes to bookings is solely at the discretion of management.
Non-refundable bookings (Advance Saver & Mystery Rooms) do not receive a refund of any amount after the time at which the booking has been confirmed, and full payment has been made.

COVID Policy
The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry in Western Australia or to access the operator’s premises. Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement
(a) prior to departure from the customer’s home location, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid; or
(b) for entry to the event or venue or access to the service, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.

• For your added safety and security, we may pre-authorise $1.00 against your credit card in order to validate the card details entered. This is not a charge against your account.
