Lady Naya Villas Terms and Conditions/ ข้อกำหนดการเข้าพักที่ เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์

All bookings at Lady Naya villas are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
การเข้าพักที่เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์ต้องปฏิบัติตามระเบียบการและข้อกำหนดดังต่อไปนี้

Bookings and Reservations/ การจองห้องพัก
When reserving a room your name, contact number, number of guests, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required. A room reservation is binding once it has been confirmed and paid a 100% of total price of stay to Lady Naya Villas. After receiving the fund, we shall send you a reservation confirmation number. Lady Naya Villas reserve the right to decline a booking without giving any reason.
กรุณาเตรียมข้อมูลต่อไปนี้สำหรับการจองห้องพัก ชื่อ นามสกุล, เบอร์โทรติดต่อ, จำนวนแขกที่เข้าพัก, ที่อยู่, เวลาเช็คอิน เช็คเอาท์โดยประมาณ และวิธีการชำระเงิน
การจองห้องพักจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์ก็ต่อเมื่อได้รับการยืนยันและจ่ายเงินเต็มจำนวนให้กับเลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์เรียบร้อยแล้ว
หลังจากได้รับการชำระเงิน ทางวิลล่าส์จะดำเนินการออกเอกสารการยืนยันการจองห้องหักให้กับท่าน เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์มีสิทธ์ที่จะปฏิเสธการจองห้องพักของท่านโดยไม่ให้เหตุผลใดๆ

Arrival and Departure/ การมาเข้าพักและออกจากที่พัก
The check-in time is 03.00 PM. Should guests wish to check in earlier, please inform Lady Naya Villas at least 24 hours in advance. Please provide us with guest valid passports and departure cards for check-in process as this is needed for Thai immigration. Your information will only be stored at Lady Naya Villas and for Thai immigration guest’s registration only. Lady Naya Villas values your privacy and would not pass your personal information to a third-party.A security deposit of 3,000 Baht is needed when check-in. Lady Naya Villas will refund a full amount if there are no damages to the property or loss of villa’s contents during the stay. The check-out time is strictly at 12.00PM. Should guests wish to have a late check out, please inform our receptionist when check-in. This is subject to availability, charges may apply.
เวลาเช็คอินคือ 03.00PM. หากท่านต้องการมาเช็คอินก่อนเวลาที่กำหนด กรุณาแจ้งให้ทางวิลล่าทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง กรุณาเตรียมบัตรประชนให้พร้อม ณ เวลาเช็คอิน ทางวิลล่ามีความจำเป็นต้องใช้สำหรับบันทึกข้อมูลของแขก และข้อมูลของท่านจะมีไว้ใช้เพื่อการนี้เท่านั้น ทางวิลล่าเคารพสิทธิส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และจะไม่นำข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านไปเผยแพร่หรือมอบให้ผู้อื่นโดยเด็ดขาด
เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องเก็บเงินค่าประกันความเสียหาย จำนวน 3,000 บาท ณ เวลาเช็คอิน หากไม่มีความเสียหายต่อวิลล่าหรือสูญหายของสิ่งของภายในวิลล่า ขณะเข้าพัก เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์จะดำเนินการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนให้กับท่าน ณ เวลา เช็คเอาท์
เวลาเช็คเอาท์คือ 12.00PM หากท่านต้องการที่จะเช็คเอาท์เลท กรุณาแจ้งรีเซฟชั่น ณ เวลาเช็คอิน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างและอาจจะมีการชาร์จเพิ่มตามเหตุผลสมควร

Guests/แขก
Only those people that specified on booking form may stay at Lady Naya Villas as guests. The number of people staying at the property, including children, must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the property description. If Lady Naya Villas discover that the number of people staying at the villa exceed the maximum capacity limit, Lady Naya Villas reserve the right to charge the extra people accordingly or may ask to vacate the property immediately. Noises are not allowed after 10.00PM as well as the use of swimming pool. Please be mindful and considerate of other guests. No smoking inside the villas otherwise guests will be charged 5,000 Baht. Please do not bring durian or any strong smell foods inside the villas. No pets are allowed at Lady Naya Villas. Free parking available at the site.
บุคคลที่ระบุไว้ ณ เวลาการจองห้องพักเท่านั้น ที่สามารถพักที่วิลล่าส์ได้ จำนวนคนที่เข้าพัก รวมถึงเด็ก ต้องไม่เกินอัตราที่ทางวิลล่ากำหนดไว้ ถ้าเลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์ทราบว่าจำนวนผู้เข้าพักเกินกว่าที่ท่านระบุไว้ ทางวิลล่าส์จะดำเนินการชาร์จเพิ่มตามเห็นสมควร หรือ บอกให้บุคคลที่เกินมาออกจากวิลล่าส์ทันที
ขอความกรุณาอย่าสงเสียงดัง หลังจาก เวลา 10.00PM รวมถึงการใช้สระ เนื่องจากอาจจะรบกวนแขกท่านอื่น
ห้ามสูบบหรี่ในวิลล่า หากทางวิลล่าส์พบเห็นท่านสูบบุหรี่ ทางวิลล่าส์จะดำเนินการชาร์จ 5,000 บาท
ห้ามนำทุเรียนหรืออาหารที่มีกลิ่นแรงเข้าพัก ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก รถยนต์ของท่านสามารถจอดได้ฟรี

Cancellation Policy/การยกเลิกการจองห้องพัก
Lady Naya Villas offer a full refund 30 days prior to check in. and only applied to our full price rate. Lady Naya Villas will charge a 1,000 Baht administration fee for any changes to the booking after the confirmation has been issued. Lady Naya Villas only allowed one-time amendment and subject to availability.
ทางวิลล่าส์จะดำเนินการคืนเงินท่านเต็มจำนวนหากท่านยกเลิกการจองล่วงหน้า ไม่ต่ำกว่า 30 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก ในกรณีการจองราคาเต็มจำนวนเท่านั้น ไม่รวมถึงราคาโปรโมชั่นหรือเรทการจองอื่นๆ
หากท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนวันเข้าพักหลังจากได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว จะมีค่าดำเนินการจำนวน 1,000 บาท และสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เพียงครั้งเดียวและขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างเท่านั้น

Cancellation due to unexpected circumstances by Lady Naya Villas/การยกเลิกการจองห้องพักโดยเลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์
Although it is unlikely to happen, if a villa has been damage and become unusable. Lady Naya Villas will try our best to relocate you to another similar villa. If we cannot find you a replacement or guest do not wish to be relocate, Lady Naya Villas reserve the right to cancel the reservation and will provide guest with a full refund. Lady Naya Villas shall not be liable for any further obligation or claims by the guest.
หากในกรณีวิลล่าได้เกิดความเสียหายร้ายแรงและใช้รับรองท่านไม่ได้ เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์จะพยายามหาที่พักใหม่ที่ใกล้เคียงให้กับท่าน หากทางวิลล่าไม่สามารถหาได้หรือท่านไม่ต้องการจะเปลี่ยนที่พัก เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์มีสิทธิ์ที่จะยกเลิกการจองห้องพักของท่านและดำเนินการคืนเงินท่านเต็มจำนวน เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อพันธกรณีหรือข้อเรียกร้องใดๆจากท่านหลังจากนี้

Housekeeping/การทำความสะอาดที่พัก
Our cleaning is done between 9.00AM – 05.00PM. Linen and towels are normally changed every three days. Toilet Amenities are provided. Pool Cleaning and gardening maintenance are done at the same time as housekeeping. Laundry Service are provided with additional charge, price is per Kg.
แม่บ้านจะดำเนินการทำความสะอาดที่พักของท่าน จากเวลา 9.00AM– 05.00PM.โดยปรกติแม่บ้านจะเปลี่ยนชุดเครื่องนอน และผ้าขนหนูให้กับท่านทุกๆ 3 วัน ทางวิลล่าส์มีบริการอเมนิตี้พร้อมในห้องน้ำ และน้ำดื่มขวดฟรีให้กับท่าน สระและสวนจะทำความสะอาดเวลาเดียวกับเวลาทำความสะอาดห้องพัก ทางวิลล่ามีบริการลอนดรี่ให้กับท่านโดยชาร์จเป็น ต่อกิโล

Liability/ความรับผิดชอบ
Lady Naya Villas is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that happened to guests or guest’s visitors. Lady Naya Villas strongly recommends guests to use the electric safe provided in the Villas to store your personal and valuable items. Any valuables left at the property are the guest’s sole responsibility. Lady Naya Villas and staff cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. Lady Naya Villas will try our best to resolve any disputes or complains from guests and use our best effort to provide an exceptional service and maintain our standard at all times.
เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย สูญหาย ของสิ่งของมีค่าของท่าน หรือ บาดเจ็บต่อท่านและแขกของท่าน ทางวิลล่ามีบริการตู้เซฟอิเลคทรอนิคส์ให้กับท่านทุกห้องนอน ทางวิลล่าจะพยายามแก้ไข คอมเพลน ข้อบกพร่องหรือผิดพลาดที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้อย่างดีที่สุด และทางวิลล่าส์มีนโยบายให้การต้อนรับและดูแลท่านอย่างเต็มความสามารถตลอดการเข้าพักของท่าน

By signing this Agreement, guests expressly acknowledge and agree that guests have carefully read and fully understand the above Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your understandings and have a pleasant stay at Lady Naya Villas.
หากท่านได้อ่านและทำความเข้าใจต่อข้อกำหนกการเข้าพักข้างต้นแล้ว กรุณาลงชื่อเพื่อยืนยัน ทางวิลล่าส์ขอขอบคุณท่านและหวังว่าท่านจะมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่ เลดี้นายะวิลล่าส์

Payment Policy
