We are a small business and need time after guests have checked out to service rooms and have everything perfect for your arrival.

Bond
Your credit card will be held as security bond from the date of booking until your departure.
Breakages / damage and losses to the property, including any non-standard cleaning requirements (e.g. carpet / furniture steam cleaning) are to be reported to us immediately. We will always look to be reasonable but we reserve the right to charge your credit card after your stay up to $1,000 under these circumstances.
The owners of the La Perouse are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are in the property. You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance and personal belongings since these items are not covered by the owners' insurance. The owners shall not be liable to the client: * for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property for reasons beyond our control. * for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes, or other matters beyond our control.

We have introduced a flexible cancellation policy allowing guests to cancel or reschedule without penalty where official COVID-19 restrictions prevent travel.
If extenuating circumstances arise where you need to cancel your reservation we will issue a credit to be used for a future stay.
A minimum of 7 days notice is required for all other cancellations. Inside this period, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, no refund will be made.
