All bookings made directly at La Perouse are currently fully flexible. This flexible cancellation policy allowing you to cancel or reschedule without penalty 7 days prior to check-in where official COVID-19 restrictions prevent travel.
All bookings at La Perouse include a set breakfast daily
PLEASE NOTE: A minimum 2-night stay usually applies to weekends. Minimum nights may also apply to the Christmas/New Year period and other public holiday long weekends. If the stay dates that you enter below do not meet the minimum night requirement a no availability message will be displayed.

Thank you for choosing La Perouse Lorne for your holiday on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria
From Friday 22 October 2021 all guests over the age of 16 must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status as a condition of entry.
Make sure to add your COVID-19 digital certificate to your Service Victoria app before you arrive.

Check out before 10:00am
If unsure you will find the current checkout times on the kitchen door in the foyer.
Please note we are unable to do early check-ins.
We are a small business and need time after guests have checked out to service rooms and have everything perfect for your arrival.

Smoke free policy
In the interests of all guests, no smoking is permitted within the guest rooms or grounds of La Perouse Lorne.
Smoke affected rooms will be charged an airing and cleaning fee $500
Room Keys
A $50 fees applies for lost keys
Bond
Your credit card will be held as security bond from the date of booking until your departure.
Breakages / damage and losses to the property, including any non-standard cleaning requirements (e.g. carpet / furniture steam cleaning) are to be reported to us immediately. We will always look to be reasonable but we reserve the right to charge your credit card after your stay up to $1,000 under these circumstances.
The owners of the La Perouse are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are in the property. You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance and personal belongings since these items are not covered by the owners' insurance. The owners shall not be liable to the client: * for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property for reasons beyond our control. * for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes, or other matters beyond our control.

We have introduced a flexible cancellation policy allowing guests to cancel or reschedule without penalty where official COVID-19 restrictions prevent travel.
If extenuating circumstances arise where you need to cancel your reservation we will issue a credit to be used for a future stay.
A minimum of 7 days notice is required for all other cancellations. Inside this period, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, no refund will be made.
