ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข

Please be informed that the property is located around nightlife areas and music may be heard at night.
***A security KEY DEPOSIT of THB 1,000 per 1 key room via cash is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation***

Check out 11:00 AM Late Charge full rate 1 night. If you would like to extend your stay or late checkout, please inform us in advance.
Extra-person will be charged, Extra bed is not available, Extra sheet towel Duvet or pillow is at extra cost THB 1000 per 1 set
The unregistered guests or joiners are not permitted in the hotel, fine 2,000 Baht per 1 person
Room cleaning service will be provided during 9:00 - 15:00
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms as per Thai law If we see smoking or smell will be fine THB 5,000
Do not throw toilet paper, sanitary napkins and any garbage into the toilet bowl fine THB 2,000
Guest will be held responsible for any loss, damage or dirt caused to the properties during the period of stay, the full amount of the furniture will be charged to the guest.
Important notes: Removal of Body lotion & Bodypaint, we advise and request all guests to completely remove and lotions or body paints before using and of the linen; any line damaged by this will need to be replaced and the user will incur charges as per the above price list.
Please switch off lights and lock the door when leaving
A safety deposit box is available in your room for your convenience. If you wish to leave any particular items with us at the reception office, we also provide complementary safekeeping of your valuables in your hotel safe. Please note the hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss of items
The Hotel will not be held responsible for money, any valuables & personal property left by the guests

The hotel attended to serve the guest in a peaceful and calming condition. A guest has the full right to stay without annoying others. Parties are NOT ALLOWED in the hotel area
Please do not bring onto the premises of the Hotel any of the following: No Durians or strong smelly, strong odours inside the room, Animals or birds, dog, the cat of any kind, Gunpowder, oils or other explosives or inflammable, Objects emitting a foul odour, Firearms or swords, Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities and Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws
We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Hotel without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviours, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

ค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมหากแก้ไขวันที่เช็คอิน / ประเภทห้องพักขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทห้องว่าง และไม่คืนเงินหากห้องพักใหม่มีราคาต่ำกว่าจอง ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า 30 วัน ก่อนวันที่เข้าพักของรายการจองเดิม

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
ไม่เข้าพัก: การไม่เข้าพักจะถือว่าเป็นไม่เช็คอิน จำนวนเงินรวมของการจองจะไม่สามารถคืนเงิน หากคุณไม่ได้มาที่โรงแรมและยังไม่ได้รับการยกเลิกที่สำนักงานของเราและยืนยันทางอีเมลหรือข้อความจะไม่สามารถขอคืนได้
No Show: Failure to arrive will be treated as No Show the total price of the booking will be charged is non-refundable.
If you fail to show up at the hotel and cancellation has not been received at our office and confirmed by email or Fax is non-refundable.
ออกเดินทางก่อนกำหนด: ในกรณีที่เช็คเอาท์ก่อนกำหนดหรือลดระยะเวลาการเข้าพักไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้
Early Departure: In case of early check-out or shortening of stay is non-refundable.
