Guests are charged a 50% deposit upon reservation and the following 50% in the 30 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable rates are not refundable must be paid in full as soon as possible after booking confirmation.
Please note that there is a 2.4% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
Please note that there is a 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or an EFTPOS debit card.

Please note, at the discretion of management the following charges can occur;
- if the apartment has been left in an unreasonable condition, a cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- If one or more of the keys are not returned to the apartments by 10 AM on the check-out day, a fee of $300.00 will be charged.
- If you activate a smoke alarm due to smoking in your room, you are liable for the fire brigade call out fee of $1,500 (approximately).

Standard Rate: 50% deposit taken at booking, 50% remaining taken in 30 days before arrival.

Non-refundable: Payment taken in full immediately.

Stornierungsbedingungen

Cancellation any time after booking a Standard rate will incur a 50% charge.

Non-refundable booking can not be modified , cancelled or re-funded.
