Spacious 90 square meter loft has a set of elegantly designed staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor you’ll find a large digitally-controlled Jet Pool, complete with a sauna room.
Each bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and premium linens, a walk-in closet, vanity, a private bath, electric privacy blinds, an interactive video doorbell monitor, a 50" Smart TV with Digital Butler and a wireless tablet for communications.
All the conveniences are at your fingertips! The four 50" Smart TVs and three wireless tablets allow you to make requests and chat with guest services, order room service, call for housekeeping, book spa services, open the front door, and even make mobile or landline calls. While the TV isn’t only for watching shows, it’s also Wi-Fi ready.

GENERAL REMARKS:
Minimum check in age for principal guest is 18 years old.
Our published rates are good for 2 persons only.
Luxury Loft can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 kids only, charges apply.
Extra mattress/bed cannot be provided during the stay.
Honeymoon loft can only accommodate 2 adults.
0-2 years old is free of charge but considered as residence occupant.
3-10 years old shall be charged Php 2, 000.00 per person per night of stay inclusive of breakfast.
11 years old and above shall be charged Php 3, 500.00 per person per night of stay inclusive of breakfast.
20% discount shall be applied for Senior Citizens and PWDs upon presenting of OSCA-issued ID card or PWD ID card; and is not valid in conjunction with other promos.
Our hotel recognizes that pets are considered part of our guests' family however, pets of any kind is prohibited.
Guests may accommodate visitors inside their loft but only a maximum of 6 persons for 30 minutes. Visitors must sign the waiver and log in at the Security Area before entering the loft.
Companions / visitors of guests are not allowed to enter reserved loft until the principal guest (booker) checks in, unless they present an Authorization Letter with valid ID of the principal guest. A valid ID must also be presented by the authorized companion written in the letter.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT
Php 5, 000.00 per room per night upon check in and refundable upon check out when unused.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check out made between 14:00-16:00 shall impose an additional 25% of the published nightly room rate.
Check out made between 16:00-18:00 shall impose an additional 50% of the published nightly room rate.
Check out made after 18:00 shall be charged 100% of the published nightly room rate.
Airport shuttle service is available upon request. Contact the property in advance to make arrangements.
Payment Policy

Full payment is required to secure a booking. Payments made for these rate plans are strictly non refundable.
Refundable Rate Plans
All guests are required to pay the full amount of the total room charge upon making reservation. Payments may be made via PayPal or Cash Bank Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate:
Any cancellation received within 72 hours prior to arrival date shall incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel shall be treated as a No-Show and shall incur the first night charge. Refunds shall be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours upon arrival.
