FOR CREDIT CARD SECURITY REASONS, We require you to present the same credit card you used to secure your reservation.
1. Each accommodation type states the number of guests included in the rate. An extra charge of 850,000 IDR per night applies per extra guest.
2. You agree that LUXE Villas Bali reserves the right to charge all deposits and cancellation fees to your credit card you provided in accordance to the above reservation & cancellation policy.
3. Rate Plans that include complimentary LUXE Private Car service on arrival includes from the following locations: Ngurah Rai Airport, Sanur, Seminyak, Kuta or within 40 km of LUXE. All other locations will incur an additional charge.

Flexible Rate Plan
1. NO HIDDEN CHARGES. All rates include 21% mandatory Government Tax & Service.
2. We recommend you purchase Travel Insurance.
3. 50% of the reservation cost will be charged to your credit card 45 days prior to arrival date.
4. The balance 50% will be charged on your arrival date.
5. If cancelled 46 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
6. If cancelled within 45 days before arrival cancellation fee is 50% of the reservation cost.
7. Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-
out by MasterCard, Visa, Amex or cash payments in IDR.
Once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by your valid credit card, LUXE Villas Bali assumes that each guest has understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated above.
Local time refers to UTC/GMT +8 hours, (WITA) Central Indonesian Time.
Flexible / Non Refundable Rate Plan
1. NO HIDDEN CHARGES. All rates include 21% mandatory Government Tax & Service.
2. We recommend you purchase Travel Insurance.
3. 100% reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of your reservation. This
fee is non refundable & guarantees your reservation.
4. One time date change for arrival allowed 30+ days prior to your arrival. Revised date must be
within one year from your of your original reservations arrival date.
5. If cancelled at anytime or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is non
refundable.
6. Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-
out by MasterCard, Visa, Amex or cash payments in IDR.
