1. The management of Maison Executive Pty Ltd can request a security deposit bond, credit card pre-authorisation, or credit card details to hold on file to cover and charge any costs resulting from incidentals, loss, damage, or delays caused by guests or their visitors.

2. Any items that have been removed from the premise or are damaged will incur a replacement fee. This includes items and structures within the apartments and external areas. Fair wear and tear excluded.

3. In the event that the keys and/or garage remote are misplaced a fee for replacement will be incurred. You are required to advise management immediately of the loss of any keys/remotes.

4. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their villa is locked and secure at all times. In the event of theft occurring where the villa has been left unlocked, full responsibility and liability for all missing items will rest with the guest.

5. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify management of any loss or damage to the property and its contents immediately. Costs incurred by management resulting from guests failing to notify them immediately will be charged to the guests.

6. Maison Executive Pty Ltd is not responsible for, or liable to compensate, any property brought on to the premises that has been damaged, or gone missing.

7. Check in time is 2pm and after and check out time is 10am. You may request a later check out subject to availability. Late departures that have not been previously organised will be charged a late check out fee of $100 minimum charged to your credit card.

8. Maison Executive Pty Ltd permits only the guests named on the booking to stay at the premises. No other guests may reside or stay overnight without prior arrangement with management.

9. All Maison Executive Villas are strictly NON SMOKING. This includes the balcony, garage, and common areas. If the apartment smells of smoke at the end of your stay an extra cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card, price will be determined by the severity.

10. All things provided as part of your stay should be used and operated for the purpose in which they were intended and in accordance with the instructions and manuals provided in the Information pack within each Villa. Any misuse or inappropriate treatment of fixtures will incur a repair or replacement fee, which will be charged to your credit card upon determining the replacement or repair cost.

11. Maison Executive Villas have a NO PARTY policy. No loud noise is permitted after 10pm. This includes ensuring that television volume is at a comfortable level so as not to disturb neighbouring guests.

12. Maison Executive management reserves the right to obtain Identity Documentation and contact details for all guests and visitors accessing the property at any time.

13. Maison Executive management reserves the right to access any part of the property at any time. This includes access for staff and contractors as required.

14. Maison Executive management reserves the right to deny access to any persons or terminate the stay of guests at its discretion without notice, refund or compensation. Breach of the terms and conditions will by default trigger a termination of stay.

15. By using the free internet service provided you agree to NOT use it for any malicious activity, improper means, or for excessive downloads.

16. Pets MAY be considered but arrangements MUST be made in advance. Charges for having pets in the Villas will be incurred where no arrangements have been made prior.

17. We recommend all our guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance, as no refund will be given for natural disasters or flight delays.

18. The use of Maison Executive services is conditional on the acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions. Maison Executive reserves the right to add, amend, or delete these Terms and Conditions at any time, and will update this page as necessary.

NOTE: For the purposes of these terms and conditions Maison Executive Pty Ltd, Maison Executive Villas, and management relate to the one entity.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

All cancelations or changes to a booking must be made 7 days prior to the date of check-in. Cancelations or changes within a 7 day period will attract a 100% non-refundable fee.
