Manly Beach House is a guest house that offers the best value accommodation in Manly. Catering to budget travelers, families, friends, couples and singles, Manly Beach House is the perfect place to stay in world famous Manly Beach. We know you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

We are less than five minutes walk to Manly beach, a short stroll to Manly Corso and Manly Ferry Wharf. There are eight places to eat within 5 minutes walk so you’re not far from a coffee, drink or a bite to eat.

The Manly Beach House has 12 guest rooms ranging from single, double, twin, trio and family rooms. We have both ensuite rooms and share bathroom rooms available. Our sun filled outdoor courtyard is the perfect place to relax, read a book or mingle with other guests. When you want to take it easy indoors, the lounge area has a TV with Foxtel cable TV and movie channels. Complimentary tea and coffee is available to all our guests in our kitchen, which is equipped with a kettle, microwave oven, toaster and fridge.

Termos e condições

• Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Guest Registration Form or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will be applied for additional guests not agreed with the Management in advance.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 9:30pm and before 8:00am.
• Parties, functions and guests in rooms are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.
• No visitors allowed unless approved by Management.
• The common areas should be kept clean and organized by all guests.
• Wear appropriate clothing in common areas, especially when leaving shared bathrooms.
• Do not leave personal objects in common areas.
• Drinking alcohol is only permitted in common areas until 09:30pm.
• Courtyard is closed from 09:30pm to 08:00am.
• IT IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED TO SMOKE in the house/rooms. In case of occurrence, the guest agrees to pay a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the booking and termination of your stay immediately.
• Guest`s responsibility during their stay: damage, breakages, theft, loss, towels, bed linen or mattress torn, burnt or stained. Manly Beach House reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Manly Beach House as a result of the aforesaid.
• Fixtures/Furniture items should not be rearranged or added to the walls.
• It is prohibited to bring any additional furniture, large electronics or shopping trolleys into Manly Beach House premises.
• The KEY is the responsibility of the guest and must be returned at check-out. A $50.00 fee will be applied if the key not return.
• Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Management reserves the right to enter a room for any reason at any time after knocking.
• Turn off all lights and electronics, keep the taps and showers closed before you leave.
• Please use the correct bins provided to throw away any rubbish.
• Departure the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is NO LATER THAN 10:00am. For every 30min of extra time taken, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.
• Respect all staff at Manly Beach House and follow instructions given by them.
• Clothing and objects left or forgotten at Manly Beach House will be kept at the disposal of their owners for THREE DAYS (3). After this period, the Manly Beach House can give them destination.
• Cancellation/reduction/termination in length of stay is not refundable.
• Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the Management in writing.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES (INCLUDING KITCHEN RULES) CAN RESULT IN A WARNING, ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS OR TERMINATION OF STAY.

• Cancellation/reduction/termination in length of stay is not refundable.
• No cancellation allowed for bookings of arrival between December 1 and January 15.
