Margaret River Holiday Cottages

Syarat & Ketentuan

Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 10am on day of departure.

Guests booking for 2 people are allocated 1 bedroom of the cottage. If guests wish to access an extra bedroom, a flat fee of $30 applies per room.

Extra Guests, including children, infants and adults, that have not been pre booked are chargeable at $40 per guest per night.

Pets are not permitted unless prior permission from the owners and are chargeable at $40 per pet per night.

For health, safety and local regulations, the maximum occupancy per room cannot be exceeded.

Bookings on standard rates over school and public holidays will require a 20% non refunable deposit and the balance charged 30 days prior to arrival.

We recognise it’s an uncertain world and we want to give you the confidence to book with us, despite this uncertainty. We’re not in the business of profiting from people’s misfortune so we will always look at ways to be flexible depending on circumstances. Please consider that we’re a small family run business and therefore need to consider each case on its merits. The following conditions will be our guide.

If our region or state (Australia’s South West or Western Australia) is locked down by the Western Australian State Government and the hotel is prevented from receiving guests travelling from within Western Australia, then a credit of monies held* will be offered for a future stay (conditions apply). *Excluding credit card fees or Covid Guarantee Payments

If you’re travelling from outside of Western Australia and you cannot travel due to a lockdown, then our normal cancellation policy will apply. If cancellation charges apply, we will do our best to resell the cottage on your behalf and once any additional costs (such as commissions) or losses (such as selling at a lower rate) are deducted we will provide you with a dollar value credit for future use.

Payment will be taken in line with cancellation policy. If payment cannot be processed, guest will be contacted and will have 24 hours to complete payment or the reservation may be cancelled.

Credit/Debit Card payments attract a 2.5% fee and bank transfers can be made with no fee for bookings more than 14 days in advance (on request). Rate Packages that are listed as non refundable will be charged 100% cancellation fee regardless of when the booking is cancelled.

Kebijakan Pembatalan

Standard Rates : Cancellations for Timber & Brick Cottages are free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival day will be charged at 100% of stay.

Standard Rates: Cancellations for Gumnut 4 Bedroom cottage are are free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival day will be charged at 100% of stay.

Early Bird Rates: Packages that are listed as non refundable will be charged 100% cancellation fee regardless of when the booking is cancelled. The booking can be amended up to 14 days prior to arrival without charge based on the overall booking conditions being equal to or a higher than the original booking.

Bookings during school and public holidays will be charged a non refundable 20% deposit after time of booking and the balance will be charged 14 days in advance for all Timber and Brick Cottages and 30 days in advance for Gumnut Cottage. Cancellations before these dates will forfeit any deposit taken.

Group Terms and conditions are in place for any bookings of 3 cottages or more. Group bookings generally require a 20% non refundable deposit and the balance paid 30 days prior to arrival. Group bookings are non amendable.
