Conditions générales
1. All bedding and bathroom linen is provided complimentary. 2. Our apartments are for self-catering - we do not service the apartments daily during your stay. Please contact us if you require fresh sheets and towels. 3. Our reception is available 24-hours with a phone provided at the door when the office is unmanned. 4. No smoking indoors please. Ashtrays are provided near the outdoor tables and chairs. 5. Modra's Apartments are not responsible for any damage or loss to the guests property. 6. Please report any faults or damages to us immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and its contents. 7. Pet Friendly Property - We are happy for to have pets on the property and sleep in your car or carport, but sorry not inside the apartments. Please contact us to discuss if you have a small non-hair-shedding pet to make special arrangements. 8. Check in time is from 2p.m., with check out time before 10a.m. Contact us to make special early arrival or departure arrangements. 9. Please respect our other guests and keep the noise down after 10pm. 10. We request that the apartment is left in an acceptable state of tidiness, cleaning costs will be incurred if this is not the case. 11. Person making the booking must be over the age of 18 years old and in attendance on check-in.

When making an online booking, full payment is required via credit card. Please contact us to discuss tentative bookings or to make alternative payment arrangements. Please note there is a 2% surcharge to cover the costs of the credit card payment. We accept Amex, Diners, Visa and Mastercard. Direct bank payment transfer available.
Politique d'annulation
Cancellations received more than 28 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% administration fee. Cancellations received within 28 days of arrival will not be entitled to a refund. Please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
