You're required to pay for the first night's stay as a non-refundable deposit. You will then pay for the rest of your stay upon arrival.

Only credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are not accepted for this method of payment.

Your credit card will be processed for payment anytime after your booking is received.

If your credit card cannot be processed, you will be contacted by the resort via an email or telephone call about the matter. If you wish to use another credit card, please let the resort know within 24 hours otherwise the booking will be canceled without prior notice.

If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please do so by contacting the resort directly at least 7 days before the original date of arrival.

Choosing new dates may be limited depending on the resort’s real-time availability and fluid seasonal pricing. Price differences are to be expected. Your newly selected period of stay is subject take place within 3 months with respect to the original booking.
