Nelson Bay B&B (AAA 4 1/2 star since 1997) is located in the heart of Port Stephens in the township of Nelson Bay. Just 800 metres to the centre of town, you have the convenience of walking to restaurants, marina, boating activities, beaches, but still enjoy the peace of our bushland setting. Our architect-designed purpose built B&B suitable for Adults only, offers comfortable and private accommodation separate to your hosts.
Nelson Bay Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by natural bush land. This provides you with absolute privacy and brings you a little bit closer to nature. The area is attractive to lorikeets, kookaburras and other native animals.
This architect-designed, purpose-built bed and breakfast offers separate accommodation, (more like a boutique motel) including-
Three queen rooms each with own ensuites, A/C, Flat TV, Foxtel, Bar Fridge, Safe, Tea and coffee facilities. Our tariff includes a delicious continental breakfast of fresh fruit salad, cereals, juices, yoghurt and our homemade breads. We also have a coffee machine for our guest and laundry facilities.
Two rooms have private decks with 2 person Spa and one with large balcony with sun lounges overlooking bush land reserve.
Separate guest facilities and a living area with a cosy fireplace for cool nights. We have a library of movies, books and games for our guests to use. Off the dining/lounge area is a private deck with BBQ, table and chairs overlooking bush land reserve. Breakfast can be served on this balcony, There is a large fridge together with microwave, extra tea and coffee, marshmallows, cookies and filtered water.
We are only a ten minute walk to town, marina and beaches. As you walk into town you pass the great restaurants in Nelson Bay.

PLEASE NOTE:- not suitable for people with mobility issues, there are STAIRS to the B&B.

As the B&B is separate and has it's own office/reception, late check in's after 7pm can be set up as self check in's with the guest being advised on office door of their room, etc.
