Hotel Policies and House Rules:
-Minimum length of stay are one (1) night for your booking.
-A valid ID or passport upon check in for safety and security purposes
-We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express for payments.
-Neptune Diving Resort Moalboal is a non smoking property. There are designated smokingareas at the balcony and infront of the dive centre.
-Towels are provided upon check in, extra towel request and/or replenishment comes with a charge.
-The common areas of the resort is monitored by CCTV. Please note that Neptune Diving Adventure Resort will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings of the guests.
-Any cut short of stay will be chargeable in full of the total accommodation cost on confirmation of the booking.
-Please review your bill a night before your departure.
-Lost and found items are held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. Please call us if you’d like your item(s) returned. We ask you pay shipping costs.
-No pets allowed on the property (except service animals)

Payment Policy
Minimum length of stay are one (1) night for your booking. Payment in full is required for one-night and is non-refundable. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, which includes “no shows.” Reservations will be held until 6:00am the day following your scheduled day of arrival. Please note, a reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a full charge of the first nights stay.
Failure to show up without cancellation, no-show, simply a full charge of the entire stay.
