Syarat & Ketentuan

1. All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only. Rates shown are inclusive of the state's heritage tax of RM2.00 per room/bed per night
2. Check-in time is from 2.00 p.m till 11.00 p.m (local time). Early check-in is subject to availability.
3. Check-out time is at 12.00 p.m (local time). Late check-out is subject to extra charges.
4. The reception is close from 11.00 p.m to 7.00 a.m (local time). There will be no check-in/out between these hours.
5. Full payment and a refundable deposit of RM20.00 per person are required upon check-in. The deposit shall NOT be refunded should the guest(s) check-out between 11.00 p.m to 7.00 a.m (local time).
6. All payments made for bed/room stay are not refundable.
7. MyKad and a valid Passport are required for Malaysians and foreign guests respectively for check-in.
8. No additional guests are allowed to stay in a room without a reservation. Extra guest will be charged accordingly for the night stayed.
9. Complimentary self-service snacks, coffee & tea for staying guests only.
10. All facilities and items provided in the premise are for usage during your stay and not to be taken/removed out of the premise.
11. Pets are strictly not allowed in the premise.
12. Children (below 12 years of age) must be under parental/adult supervision for security and safety reasons throughout their stay.
13. NOMAPS is not responsible for any loss of belongings/monies, injury, damage or death to guests in the premise, whether through negligence or otherwise.
14. NOMAPS reserves the rights to evict guest(s) for any misbehavior in the premise which include and not limited to; excessively under the influence of alcohol, inappropriate violent behavior, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, marital status, sexual orientation or disability.

Kebijakan Pembayaran

To guarantee a reservation, a valid credit card or cash deposit is required at time of booking. NOMAPS reserves the rights to cancel/modify reservations that are not guaranteed by cash deposit or credit card. Accepts Visa, Mastercard and cash in Ringgit Malaysia only.

Kebijakan Pembatalan

Guaranteed reservations are non-refundable.

Non-arrivals or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the day of your arrival, a one (1) night penalty including taxes/fees will be charged.
