Olinda Country Cottages
Olinda Country Cottages are located amongst the tall trees of the Dandenong Ranges just 1 hour North east of Melbourne Central. Accessable by train and bus or courtesy pickup (from train) with prior arrangement also available. We have a total of 3 rooms. x 2 self contained stand alone + cosy air conditioned and well heated spa cottages located in a 120 year old sunny garden which features a120 year enormous Canadian Sequoias trees. For families we also offer our 2 bed roomed self contained family apartment style suite. This offers a basic bathroom, a queen bed, double with single bunk above it, has a wood burning coonara style fire. It also has a reverse cycle air conditioner ensuring your comfort for all seasons. We provide mostly where possible organic breakfast ingredients and day spa treatments are available locally.

As we have 2 room types please check that the room you have booked suits your needs. We are strictly non smoking inside please. Non compliance will attract an additional cleaning surcharge of $120.00.
Property Damage and Theft
In the event of any property damage or theft, the value of the items will be charged.
Bushfire Season
You will be notified by phone or email if your booking falls in ‘Extreme’ or ‘Code Red’ days as decided by the CFA (a very rare event). In the event your booking takes place during these days, creating a dangerous situation, a change of date can be arranged or a full refund can be issued.

We require 50% payment at the time of booking. Balance payable on arrival.

If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us by email or phone.
Full refund issued if cancelled with at least1 working days notice. If less than working day and the room is not booked x1 nighht may be charged.
If no show, full amount will be taken.
